* As of January 2016, founding partner Marg Anderson has officially retired.  After being a founding partner and driving force for the whole 24 years of operation we are all very excited for her and wish her all the best enjoying her much deserved retirement!

Master Level certified instructor - Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)

Chris has been working with people with disabilities for over 28 years in residential and community based programs.  He is a dynamic speaker who has taught all over BC and been a presenter at national and international conferences.  He is the authour of the book "Screaming for Attention: True Stories About the Puzzle of Human Behaviour", and has written a number of training curriculms and resource materials, including the Job Developer's Toolkit.


Kristie Ebeling,

Program Director


Kristie joined our team in 2015 and brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in the Community Living Field.  Kristie oversees our Community Inclusion program in Terrace.  She also handles a number of policy, procedure and administrative duties for PNGI.

Kristie loves a challenge and building new services and programs.  She is going to be an integral part of some exciting new ideas and initiatives at PNGI.
