Empowering people towards excellence.

PNGI started back in 1992 after two people working in different areas of social services decided to join forces and address the needs they saw in their region.

It all started with Professional Support Services.

Marg Anderson & Chris Arnold formed a private behavioural consulting company under the name "Northern Networking".

Northern Networking services and team expanded to deliver Supported Employment Services.

The company was incorporated and the name changed to "The Provincial Networking Group Inc." (PNGI)

PNGI opened an office in Kitimat, BC to provide lifeskills and employment services.

PNGI expanded its services to provide individualized Lifeskills service to adults with developmental disabilities in Terrace.

PNGI expanded its very successful employment programs to include a wider group of disability types and a larger age range (15 years and up).

PNGI went through a lengthy process to redesign the corporate logo as well as review and revise its operating principles and programs standards.

PNGI has offices in Terrace and Kitimat, BC and provides regular service in Prince Rupert, BC as well as training and consulting services throughout the province of BC.  The PNGI team has 10-12 employees.

The PNGI logo is made up of the company initials and an origami bird.

The ancient art of origami evokes thoughtful complex ideas, worked out in a careful, creative and gentle manner, paying close attention to detail.

The symbol of the bird reflects independence and growth, taking flight on it's own and reaching great heights.
